The guest house Oltremare has 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and free access to the common kitchen and balcony. The rooms are situated on the second and last floor (there is no lift) of a typical courtyard house in the historical center of Follonica.
The guest house Oltremare is perfect for couples and small families. If you have a dog, don’t leave it at home, it’s welcome at guest house Oltremare.

After a recent restoration we are proud to host you in modern and brand new rooms, furnished with style and equipped with every comfort.
Every room has a private bathroom with shower and bidet, complimentary toiletries, towels and sheets.
Common spaces
You have free access to the small kitchen and the balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 induction hobs, fridge with freezer, espresso and american coffee machine, electric juicer, microwave oven and dishwasher.
On the balcony you will find a small sink, a clothesline and a table with 2 chairs.
Rules of the guest house
Kitchen
It is not allowed to cook, but only to heat and consume food purchased outside.
Smoking
Smoking is forbidden in the rooms and in the common areas (there are smoke sensors) but it’s allowed on the balcony.
External guests
They are not allowed.
