Our Oltremare guest house is situated in the middle of the historical center of Follonica, in a quiet area, a stone’s throw from the sea, the main services and points of interest. It’s an excellent starting point for them who want to enjoy the sea life, but also for discovering Follonica and its surroundings.

When we started to think about our guest house, we imagined all the services and attentions we love to find as well when we’re travelling. It’s our desire to let you feel the comfort of home even on vacation.

Easy to reach

You can reach us in a few minutes from the railway station or, if you come by car, you’ll find a free parking only 300 meters away.

Our Rooms

Our rooms are cared for in every detail: from the accessories and they’re equipped with air condition for the summer or green heart for the colder months.
We have a cuore green and are committing to limit our impact on the environment as much as possible, that’s why we chose plastic free courtesy kits and LED lighting. We also equipped our guest house with photovoltaic panels and a heat pump system.

Check in and check out

We would like our clients feel free as at home, as such will be not necessary setting a check in/check out time.
You will be able to cheek in from 3pm and cheek out within 10am

Even if we’ll not be present when you arrive, we’ll give you all the useful information for your stay in Follonica. We also will share tips and advice with you to help you enjoying your holidays.
